How would this stop the NNS? IMO it would only make them short this stock further. Say if it is 10000/1 RS, bring the PPS to .10. Being this is a troubled company, WHO IN THERE RIGHT MIND WOULD NOT SHORT IT? It is proven many times over these R/S stocks return to the .0001 levels prior to the r/s. So, if I am wrong, please explain to me how this could be benificial in anyway.
