TSIC was clueless when emailed. they are just the firm handling the bankruptcy. HILCO is the private firm that bought shrpq in bankruptcy and they also bought bombay co. both are going to be online only for now then slowly introduced into linens n things type stores later. i emailed HILCO last friday with no response. i dont know if they are going to build the brand and stock separately from their private stock ticker. or if they are going to scrap the stock with Q after the contracts are signed. i saw a stock quote that had SHRPQ as "a stock 4 months out of bankruptcy" then it was updated and removed to just say SHRPQ without the mention. dont know what to make of it but i did email them. i will let you know when i know.
