My position is that the OSC is the be all and end all of this matter. Their ruling is all that really matters and nothing else no matter what any learned poster says. Hell, they the OSC can't seem to get it right either. I read this board daily and see nothing of any consequence except for he said she said. As for my money I have already resigned that as a total loss. Any more questions???
