I don't see any open UCC to get the money, so I can safely assume they are not paying for anything.

Then again, I didn't expect to see anyone credible lender giving them the money to fulfill the hilarious contract. Maybe after consultant Chad reads this post he can PR that FlyByNightLending.com or GermanSpanishDeVriesLendingCorp.net is forking over the money. Maybe soon, they will get a bigger fake contract to replace the old one just like the equipment and world class Spreelast and Artech processes and stuff went bye bye.

Does the consultant get to keep the 10 million shares from the 200k shares paid for the Spreelast license? LOL!

During the six month period, the Company issued 200,000 shares to acquired licensing agreement valued at $20,000, and 10,676,324 shares for consulting and other services valued at $1,710,257.

Note 5- Licensing Agreement

On December 21, 2007, the Company entered into an Exclusive License Purchase Agreement with Spreelast A.G. (“Spreelast”). The agreement calls for the Company to issue 200,000 shares of its fully paid and non-assessable common shares to Spreelast in exchange for this licensing agreement. Furthermore, the agreement calls for the Company to make royalty payments equal to thirty percent (30%) of royalty income with minimum annual royalties as follows:

2008 $ 50,000 Euros
2009 150,000 Euros
2010 and each year thereafter 300,000 Euros

On December 28, 2007 the board of directors approved the issuance of the 200,000 common shares to Spreelast A.G. valued at $20,000 which was capitalized as the cost of the license. In addition, the board of directors approved and issued 9,600,000 common shares valued at $960,000 to various individuals for assistance during the license purchase agreement. The value of these 9,600,000 shares was charged to consulting expense. All shares were valued at the market price as of December 28, 2007.

After Chad sees this post, he probably will reduce the shares and pump it like crazy, lol.
