That's why we need another opinion... One of his most important "duties" as the ceo of a public corporation, is to look out for the interests of the shareholders... He hasn't done that very well and , in fact, has helped "mislead" investors down the path of financial ruin... Others, including those that CAN start an ivestigation on the "dirty" shell he bought, need to be notified and prompted to at least see if there's something shady going on here...
