Schwab said the same thing - after 2 days tho and 3 customer service reps - Schwab said they would not participate - and then it is 4-6 weeks to get the common cert. - but they offer 10 days and an expedited cost - so that is what I am doing - taking my common out - getting the certificate - and just sending it in - by in early November - I am ontrack to do.
