Edit: FUGO Settles with Apple Corps Limited and Apple Records, Inc...

I think there is something that needs to be considered with this settlement between FUGO and Apple Corps Limited and Apple Records, Inc.

First, make no mistake about it that this settlement with Apple is absolutely huge. It eliminates the stormy clouds that were hanging above FUGO knowing that they had a huge lawsuit against them by a multibillion dollar company. Normally, the company with the most money wins in any kind of dispute which is why I think the market was spooked about buying FUGO.

This is the first time ever in the history of Apple that they have ever settled out of court from doing my DD.

Now that they have settled with Apple, look at one of the most important pieces within that 8-K just filed in my opinion…

… Fuego has agreed not to release, distribute, sell or otherwise exploit any recordings containing The Beatles performances from the Star Club in Hamburg, Germany in 1962."

So, if FUGO agreed to not ” release, distribute, sell or otherwise exploit any recordings” of these Beatles collections that they (FUGO) own, that means to me that an agreement was made to allow Apple to do such. This means that FUGO will probably be into some kind of Revenue sharing piece with Apple from Apple selling these collections. This is only how I see it and what makes sense to me from reading the 8-K.
