SAGA, I'm by no means am an expert, nor do I have any info not privy to the public.. having said that, I've done loads of DD on Solomon Technologies (SOLM) as well as having 2 reliable friends visit 2 of SOLM's subsidiary factories (TECHNIPOWER & DELTRON), they both are the real deal and buzzing with activities..
I understand that SOLM's financing for the continuation of the Toyota suit is from a group of directors, to the tune of $5,000,000, that's taking this very serious in my opinion!
The reason for the beat down price over the past 6 months is/was due to PIPE/debenture selling, as these holders do not want to file SEC form 4 as 5% beneficial owners.. very typical for this type of financing.. in my opinion, they will continue to hold millions of shares once their under 5% has been achieved.. I have no clue where they are at this point, I did hear they were friendly and will not squash pps appreciation assuming there is real interest..
I have bought/accumulated based solely on my gut and what I believe can possibly be the penny play of all times, not my intention to pump or promote but is truly my feeling..
also keep in mind that SOLM is up 65% in revenues for 2008 and projecting to do $15m+ this year, which has nothing to do with the Toyota case of course.. market cap as of today is roughly $3m, based on my estimate of 200m+- OS..
