that is a good question mid...

besides the TVI, beemer is watching closely to see if Dales source is correct and JV and Garland make an aggresive move to aquire Papa Johns or Dominos. imo (not Dales) both have been hurt badly by the cost of 24" boxes whereas we know JV hedged against this box insanity months ago. Time will tell... unless the beemer research unearths something sooner in which case he will report findings immediately.
