it makes very little sense to me that MONA tells us that they are going to buy 50 million and then turn around and gives OTC something 30 million to tout the stock for one day. I get the impression that they gave the OTC the shares and that way when they buy back teh 50 million it would be like only buying back 20 million figuring that the price would not go up with OTC selling their 30 million
