Yes is nice that you mentioned all these trustworthy guys but remember we had other trustworthy guys more well known to the investing world such as Enron, Lehman brothers, WorldCom, Washington mutual,etc that lied in your face on national TV CNBC that their companies worth billions of $ were fine and no worries. That is why you can't trust anyone anymore from our little company. I just need that in writing that a JV is in the process with the other company, what is the name time frame of completion but of course they will not put anything in writing for liability issues?? Looks like that stock is going lower as we don't have any transparency about the JV.
