Okay peeps who want to find out about the financing....what do you make of this :

Apparently even though some companies do not have to file with the SEC they do if they are seeking financing for under 1m (Regulation D) they still have to file a Form D

I havent found any on the SEC.gov website stating that HFBV has done this ......anybody good at tracking down this info ?
