Financial stability does not equal share price. Private companies have no share price, but can thrive based on the value of their product. As Techisbest noted, if the company has the proper solution via its product, that situation will ultimately win out.

FASC has brought any past dilution to a halt, and has not asked for more shares. Instead if cash is needed from sources other than revenues, the officers have provided it.
