PocketSpec Technologies Inc. www.pocketspec.com announced today the formation of an alliance with Logicol S.r.l. of Trieste, Italy. Logicol's website, www.easyrgb.com, is a popular site that provides free screen calibration and RGB (Red-Green-Blue) color conversions to a variety of paint colors. The website offers a "for-pay" download version, but is principally a demonstration of Logicol's color expertise. Logicol's company site is www.logicol.net . Logicol and PocketSpec will release several products. Original Equipment Manufacture is available.

The first release is a product called the Easy ColorQA System, and is available online at www.pocketspec,com for $880.00 U.S., plus Fed Ex shipping. It is the combination of the color reader, the ColorQA, and software that allows the user to read a color and then look up the closest match in a variety of paint palettes. The paint palettes include Benjamin Moore, Coronado Pant, Dunn Edwards, Dutch Boy, Laura Ashley, McCormick Paint, PPG Paint, Pratt Lambert, Sherman Williams and Tru Value and others. The system will also suggest complimentary colors. Jerry Jarzebczyk of Eurotech Painting says, "Colors are measured at the client's home, keeping the client's walls and furniture intact. Before this new product was available, it was sometimes necessary to cut out a part of the customer's wall in order to take it to the store to get a match." Go to www.easyrgb.com to see the software demonstrated.

Logicol has software clients on all continents, except Antarctica. Logicol's color software is used in conjunction with paint tinting machines in the largest retail chain in the U.S. and in the most popular color matching software system. The Alliance with PocketSpec was reached after months of analysis, testing and calibration of PocketSpec's ColorQA device. PocketSpec gains from having the highest quality in color software writing skills and continual product releases. Logicol gains by shared revenues from sales of developed software applications for the ColorQA.

Giorgio Stevanato of Logicol reports of their company "The color division of Logicol has 5 people working full time (4 degrees in software engineering and 1 in physics). We also have 1 more guy that works almost full time for us and does all the graphic design. The consulting division (Italian business) has 3 full time persons (2 degrees in psychology and 1 in business administration) and roughly 35 consultants working on specific fields and projects"

The agreement between PocketSpec and Logicol that runs through 2007 includes the following marketing plans:

1. Immediate integration of two of Alliance websites www.pocketspec.com and www.easyrgb.com. The EASYRGB site received 2,713,696 hits and 38,249 unique visitors in March, up 15% over January.

2. With on-line Flash demonstrations created by Perry Rai of PocketSpec, customers will be supported for their on-line orders and PocketSpec's distributors and catalogue sellers will have these valuable marketing tools with which to educate their customers. Paul N. Gardner is among the most active catalogue sellers for PocketSpec.

3. Foreign language versions are available
