yj: I like the tough talk but you know as well as anybody that there's not a damn thing that any group of common shareholders/investors can do about it. YA owns the vote, YA owns the company, YA will do as YA wants...uninhibited.

And, don't look for the U.S. Dept. of Justice or the SEC to come to your rescue either. Just look at how they stood by for years and continued to just sit on their hands and watch the destruction of our free-market system. This whole global economic mess was engineered to fail spectacularly while few get rich and many become poor. The money doesn't just evaporate and it's clear that the centralization of power is the goal and the small businesses and farms are the sacrificial lambs.

NEOM is but just one of those lambs.
