Regarding NoMo's question the MPID of MLNJ is:

HERZOG, HEINE, GEDULD, LLC

Go here to get the bid and ask for all the Market Makers:

http://www.otcbb.com/asp/mp_quotes.asp?Quotes=BSTI

Then select "Market Data Definitions"

Then go to MPID and click on "Symbol Directory"

Then check off the radio buttons for:
Market Participants, Symbol and then enter just ML then click search. Bingo you have your answer.
