Would you please disclose the location and nature of the confidential wells TIV has and how it is possible for them to maintain confidentiality?
If wells are producing oil or gas in CA, they are subject to reporting requirements of California Division of Oil & Gas.

One must be careful not to make assumptions based on PR's generated by TIV. They have a long history of issuing PR's that can lead to erroneous bullish assumptions.
