The beginning thought was the black guy in the photo was Ntephe. I dug into it and found it was not.

Maztke consulted for ERHC after retiring from Chevron after a 40 year carreer. Ledbatter was ERHC's CEO for 6 months. Strangely with Ledbetter, he was listed at Millenium Private Equity prior to his stint at ERHC, and he doesn't list ERHC on his resume now. It looks like he was "looking under the bed" before making a purchase.

There's no provable link, but my gut say Millenium is behind these wild swings and they are buying. But like I said, no proof.

The only real link would have been Ntephe in the photo, but it is not him.
