I'm curious why past connections to this company are not considered relevant to the conversation? The past is never erased and everyone should be aware of all past AND present dealings. Part of DD is knowing the past. How can you keep calling it irrelevant? Any potential shareholder should be well informed of all past AND current connections. Why are you so defensive? Having a balanced board is essential to credibility. Credibility IS definitely an issue with a company that has such a hazy past, especially when people pop up out of the blue touting it's merits. Wouldn't you agree?
