Well I think not, they have a strange way to work but I am sure from the small informations I got .
It look like to be a big production center for ball bearings for the industry + steel balls .
The small informations I got made me buy more shares due that I still think something will happen .

The company is well existing and possible more busy to make business than sell shares .

If the company was looking to dilute shares you will agree with me that it was better to do that some weeks back when the price was at 0.02 and not when the price will be 0.002 .

At 0.002 if they dilute 100M shares we go to 0.0001 .

So it look to me that the there is another reason that caused them to raise the A/S than looking for dilution .

I think more it is an anti takeover system to prevent someone buy them over and have majority of the shares .

Again if the company was looking to make money selling shares that was done long time back and not for 10M shares but well 200M or 1B shares like a lot of stinky pinkies companies who dont earn any money .
