Yes Earnest it reads that way. This PR was I'm sure not the response volume wise he was expecting either. I like trends and looking at PRs with BLDV the longs will have yet another LONG wait for the next one even if there is one now. The posters on this board can get all worked up about this PR but in reality the market reflected how it feels about BLDV today IMO.
