I called the manipulation and naked shoring issue back at the end of July before that information was ever released just from basic data analysis of watching the L2, the trades page on here, no one wanted to believe me when I brought it up. For me it was blatantly obvious and filed my first complaint with the SEC on August 5th. The new rules won't do crap since there is no enforcement or monitoring. Head on over to buyins.net, you'll see that everyday there are still new stocks showing up there daily, 8 new ones today.
