Note:
Interesting developments at Sunorca:

About Suntech Energy Inc.
Suntech Energy Inc. is a subsidiary of Sunorca established to develop certain algae
technology for the production of green energy from waste products. Sunorca holds over
90% of Suntech’s outstanding shares and will make an interest free loan of $350,000 to
Suntech that will be paid back from proceeds of financings in Suntech.
The licensed technology utilizes (1) a process specific unicellular algae strain with
favorable combination of biomass and algae constituents for high energy content, (2) a
series of process specific photo-bioreactor “tubes” designed for high algae production
with low energy consumption, (3) a series of process tanks, nutrient recovery tanks and
purified water process tanks for efficient extraction of algae and recovery of nutrients and
re-usable water, and lastly a centrifuge for separation of algae from the entrained
nutrient-rich water . The primary “product” and revenue stream will be an algae
byproduct with high-energy content, which can then be used as a fuel in a fluidized bed
boiler.
