I hope folks are understanding my point here though. I think COR can sell right here at a nice premium.. I am not certain that a partnership deal (in this economic climate) will do anything much to the pps..
An outright sale gives us a certain rise in pps..

I may be wrong.. I probably am.. I just would like to have that option on the table...
