Hi oniro3363, In the 8K, they are referring to past dividends that do not pertain to us as new shareholders.

I have owned FFGO since May of this year. I understand the "Record Date" will likely be a date in the future...that is what I understood; therefore, you and I would qualify. This is how I understand it.

Again, a portion of the 8K was referring to other dividends from longterm shareholders which has nothing to do with you and me.

You have endured a lot here and I wish you the Best! I still feel the wait will be worth it IMO.
