I think if you read your preferred shares that you sent in to get your 8 cents a shares and monthly check; it clearly states that any judgment against the company will be spread equally between the company and any preferred shareholders. Looks like we will be getting bills in the mail in lieu of divi checks huh????

By the way, the above was a 100% fabrication, (Meaning I just made that up) but it seemed funny at the time I was typing...
