Thanks yayaa. Looks like i just missed PWE and EPD ex-date on 10/29/2008. I believe stock price will be lowered by the amount of the dividend on pay date, correct?

E.g. XYZ trading at $1 with divident payment of $0.10. On pay date, stock price will be adjusted / lowered to $0.90 to pay the dividend.

Please correct me if I am wrong. But I think most companies are like that.
