I don,t want to get involved in this arguement over who is right but where I come from these desputes in construction matters with every possable issue have been settled many times. If the issue is just right or wrong then keep on. If its money forget it there is not any. In my area paid for material belongs to the person who paid for it reguard less of where it is stored. Thats means under this senario it might blong to the company. Can we come pick it up.
