they paid way too much for them, imo....very expensive mistake, but then again they are State owned, so the citizens just pays more taxes to fund them.... if they were a Publicly traded company they would be beaten down horribly.
What should be occurring in the rig market right now, is that the "contracted" wells will be drilled, but the optional wells should be turned back in or renegotiated.
This is where Gandur wants to strike a deal, imo.
