Yes I am. The first PR was merely an LOI...I don't know about you but I've seen enough LOI's by a pink sheet company and then they never go through or are cancelled and may have probably been scams by some. I'm hearing that it is a done deal and hopefully we'll be getting an update on that soon to show it as finalized. That places big value on this stock with it's small share structure
