Rumor mongering? Such as the use of a tired old ONEV line at the bottom of a list that doesn't even include a reference to the EVO platform? Maybe trying to leave the illusion as if it's a built in part of the gaming console instead of a piece of add-on software? Such as the phrase "rollout" used in conjunction Telmex which has not "rolled out" anything of ONEV's yet besides a free trial for it's former satellite and now merged branch Telnor? Or would you saying rumor mongering might include mentioning the Government of India when absolutely nothing of substance has happened with MTNL yet and there is no guarantee there ever will beyond that of a simple free trial of MV they can't get off the ground nine months after the fact? INTC "project"? Now that would be a rumor since no revenue has been generated by anything from ONEV with INTC or through any "projects" I am aware of. Motorola? Rumor mongering there for sure unless maybe some individual has gathered some ONEV damaging data through another hysterical call to their CEO that I haven't heard about yet? And rumor mongering for sure about the "several retail lines" which is a basic anaolgy for dust gathering boxes since there is no comment from the company on MCC sales numbers and never any guidance provided beyond the ever increasing numbers of money losing boxes they ship out and never specifically account for in their SEC filings.

Yes much better to "rumor" the "facts" that Lehman Bros never produced the billions in wealth that they did during their heyday without having once to resort to convertible debt finance or paying to keep their rent current and lights on with discounted shares to offshore toxic funders. Better to "rumor" that ONEV has somehow "accomplished" a great fiscal feat by transferring $60M in equity from their shareholders to toxic funders and the principals of the company. Principals who used the majority of that money to maintain the appearance of being in the VR business to produce the major source of their revenue while distributing copious amounts of discounted share sale cash to the management for legal protection, luxury car allowances, perks, insurance, large salaries, luxury travel and accomodation, bonuses, stock options and commissions. Foolish and incomprehensible expenditures that pale in relative comparision to the excesses at FNM and LEH combined.

Yes those sorts of abuse of power and rumor mongerings are at the very heart of the corruption in the OTC and other stock markets and I have no doubt the people who aided and abetted in them will all be dealt with severely within time.
