Even if no new "whistle blowers" gave info to the EU Commission, the fact that they consider writing "Intel" or "GHz" requirements into government contracts to be illegal, and to always have been illegal, means that...

if Intel ever lobbied to put an Intel-only clause or a GHz clause in a government contract, that act would be illegal.

What chance to you think that Intel had nothing to do with the Intel-only clauses?
