I am a bit concerned about this deal with kaitrade and distribution, however. Not only are they involved with support, but they can just sell the product instead of spzi selling directly. Just seems like a way to get a slice without paying the shareholders.
I suppose it has to do with the fact that spzi has little or no money, but I hope that that deal eventually ends.
I also agree that by outsourcing, a huge portion of costs that would have gone to tech support...imagine 2-3 employees at 150K per year + Unwin's salary would be quite high...this huge portion is no longer a cost for them.
