The more I think about the conversion the less I find it usefull
How should the value of the company increase 10fold only by changing the share structure?
If they don't deliver, pps will stay (or come to after R/S) where it is, regardless of the share structure
If we get positive trading results, the pps would take care of itself.
They should show us in the next months, that their business works and money can be made.
And then, only then, they should think about a R/S to make the share structure look better.
I'm not interested in 1 additional share when there is no bid
