Fidelity Management and Research fund purchased those shares on 2-14-08
Do your homework! S.E.C. website shows original filing, they reported on 10 -10 -08, that they still hold 9.3 mil shares,original filing ( 2-14-08 ) was over 15 mil shares, they have reduced holdings, therefore must report to sec---------

Unfortunately this seems to be an inconvenient truth
