I just hope when they declare the dividend, they give ample time ( a month) before the ex-dividend date so that, IMO, the price of the stock can rise and generate some excitement in the pink world of investing.

If you think about it, IMO, who wouldn't pay $.023 for a tock in which they will be getting a dividend of $.239 and still own the stock?

IMO, once this is declared, the price should shoot up big time.
