In this difficult period, Israel finds itself isolated politically and in the media. In reality, the friends of Israel can be counted in their millions - but does Israel know that? Who will tell Israel and who will tell what being "a friend of Israel" really means, disregarding any political connotation?

On Israel's forthcoming national day (April 17th, 2002), we ask you to sign and to ask others to sign the text below, entitled: "A friend of Israel".

This text shall be presented to the ambassadors of Israel in every country and published in the media on April 17th, 2002.
