Does anybody know anything about Equities Magazine and/or their MarketSite Conference?

I am kind of confused if Equities Magazine elected to showcase TIV as per Wednesday's PR which stated, "Blystone noted that Equities Magazine has elected to showcase Tri-Valley at its third annual Equities NASDAQ Market Site Conference in New York City this Friday where he will present the Tri-Valley story". Or, if TIV paid them to present at the conference based on Thursday's PR (Tuesday's PR said the same thing), "We note that each conference presenter paid EQUITIES. Any forward-looking statements made by the presenting companies are in no way endorsed by EQUITIES Global Communications Inc. and EQUITIES Magazine and we cannot guarantee any sort of performance for these stocks."

I guess it doesn't make any difference if TIV was "elected to showcase TIV" or if "each conference presenter paid Equities", as long as it brings in fresh new BIG investors. I guess we'll know next week if it did any good. Maybe the after hours up tick to $4.35 was the result of either TIV's presentation at the conference or ringing the closing bell at the NASDAQ. Sure hope there's more to the buying than that!
