Alright this is what I've been rambling about lol. Sorry for the crummy chart, I can't draw on charts too well. Basically on the last three big runs the ADX moving average crossed the +DI, then the +DI crossed back over the ADX MA and the -DI. There are a few other things that look good on the charts as well.
I'm just stating my opinion here, I've said I'm not an expert by no means so don't take this as fact.
