Biophan Technologies Inc (OTCBB:BIPH) through its subsidiaries, engages in the research and development of technologies for use with medical procedures and biomedical devices. Its technologies enable biomedical devices, both implantable and those used in diagnostic and interventional procedures, to be safe and image compatible with magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).
