R/S aren't always bad. What's gone on here since the R/S doesn't raise any red flags to me that we are being hosed by the company. In fact, just the opposite.
I think the CEO did the R/S because he wanted to make the share structure more attractive for some reason. We don't know that reason yet, but from what I've witnessed since the R/S I can safely say that the reason obviously wasn't to dilute and dump shares. The proof for my claim can be seen in the avg daily volume numbers.
Also, when pinks are out to pull a scam and/or eliminate old shareholders, they usually do a WAY BIGGER R/S than this. We are only 50:1 here. Shows the intent, IMO.
