So that's why the stock shot up from low $6's to $8.59 on one of those recent "no-reason" runs. And I thought it was because of some SEC naked short ruling. That just goes to show you, in order to get a higher share price, lets pray for shorts to cover/buy..100's of K's of shares! But then, once the price does go up, the shorts simply short again and the price tanks to a point fast enough where the longs start selling out because of stop losses, margin calls or simply just tired of so many years of "talk", or is it, "hey looky over there". Yes, I would say the shorts play this stock perfectly and have the ability to make millions on a regular and consistent basis. All it would take for TIV to thwart their "plans" is to finally come out with something significant, not just excuses PR's like, "there is no adverse reason for the stock cratering", but I wouldn't hold my breath that's going to happen any time "soon".
Someone is going to have to explain to me how to short stocks so on our next "no-reason" run, I can make a bunch of dough on the inevitable subsequent tank job. LOL
