Where in fact, it may be done by the 15th but not communicated to us until later. It would be great if we hear something immediately, but expectations should be clearly set by exact wording on the PR. That is that even if the deal is done on time, we may not hear about it for a while."

But the point that keeps coming back by many on this board about Hemi is that all the PR's to date in 2008 have offer great insight and going forward information but have yet to provide validation of execution as it relates to that PR'ed information.

If this was a chess match and I was making Hemi's next move I would validated the 10/15/08 date as stated in the recent PR once the transaction is closed.

Although some may not see this as not a critical move others would take this as validation and follow up to a prior statement and yes may even let some believe that Hemi is transparent in provided material information.
