Allixon Corp. confirms the closing of the merger with Allixon Co., Ltd.
SEOUL, Jun 8, 2004 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ --
Allixon Corp. (pinksheets:axnp), formerly InterAmerican Resources Inc. has confirmed that its merger with Allixon Co., Ltd of South Korea was closed as of May 21, 2004.

Due to the completion of this transaction, the company has changed its name from InterAmerican Resources, Inc to Allixon Corp. and appointed new management and directors.

The company's attorney is close in getting an 8K filing ready to be filed with the SEC by the end of the week. New management is confident that further filings required to obtain a listing on the OTCBB will be ready in the near future.
