IMO, an R/S or anything that would devalue this stock is very unlikely for the foreseeable future for a lot of reasons.
1. The value is not there to do an R/S with right now. The current financial situation is more to blame for bringing this down than any lack on the companies part. Even if it were they would be very not so smart to do one now with all the turmoil in the markets. The bashers would come out of the woodwork and start screaming all the things that they do...
2. They would more than likely lose most or at least much of their current "Long Term" holder confidence. The thing that is holding Sarissa together right now is all the Long Term holders of this stock. I, like many of you, have had SO Many stocks do the R/S route and then the inevitable slow drop to zero value over the past few years I cannot tell you and the people at Sarissa know this all too well.
3. Scott knows this would be bad for his company and his 30M shares of stock and, again IMO, does not care about such nonsense. Scott and the people he has surrounded himself with are all experienced Mining people, not stock people. Sometimes that shows, but they really have so much experience in mining and geology that it is actually pretty amazing.

I think that, eventually, once core drilling is done, compliance is ready, financials & audit results are prepared for uplisting and perhaps a JV is announced, they will have to add shares. Not just to raise capitol, but because once they are at the point of preparing to mine, there will be absolutely zero shares left in the float to be had... And we will all want more...

I will admit that I thought things would happen faster than this, but in all reality if you look back over the posts over the past 7 months we always knew this was going to take a long time to happen. Maybe they should have gone for a smaller core drill to begin with, but hey, that's just me.
We know the drilling will happen very soon. We also know, basically, what the assay results will be (at least for zone D) and we know that eventually this stock will take off.
If it were not for the stupid economy it would be, in all likelihood, much higher than this right now.

This is all my opinion and it has been talked about before. I know others have other ideas about R/S's and I respect that, but I doubt very much this will happen here.
Don't worry, just hang on until the drilling and Assay results are coming in. The pps will go back up accordingly.

Cheers All,
