yes. look at how projections of valuation was calculated and you will see tons of holes. There are a lot of "IF" this and "IF" that happens. The IF part is very difficult especially in these economic times. My point is that the pps projections based on multiples are often used in mailers to promote investing. You can take this magical math formula and extend it to pretty much any company. VBDG is not even profitable. They project that they will. So I guess no one knows until the next time they report. It's fine to invest but when I keep seeing people screaming no brainer, that sounds shady. Nothign is a no brainer. If it was, mortgage what is left of your house and pour it all into this play. (2) COMPANY GUIDANCE
They guided for $44 - $50 million in 2008 sales plus GAAP profitability in 2008 as a whole. Since Q1 & Q2 came in with EPS of (0.07), the next 2 Qs will have to have a total of +.07 EPS or at least a +0.14 annual pace at the absolute least to be profitable for the year to meet their recent guidance given. How big will the actual profits be above break-even for 2008 is anybody's guess with sales and earnings to only increase from there, further raising potential targets. This translates to +.07 EPS absolute minimum for the 2nd half of the year or a +.14 annual pace. If they hit the high end of guidance or $6 million over the lowend in sales, if they can achieve 50% of those extra sales going directly to the bottom line like they did this Q, that's an extra .10 EPS or +.17 EPS total for the 2nd half of the year or a +.34 EPS annual pace.
