This has been a long awaited event

As some believe they would not convene an ASM unless they had developments to announce, especially with the recent tiered tranch funding of $8.9Mil. and IM making statements as "everyone in the company knows that we are sitting on the cusp of something huge". Only problem is people on the outside of the company need to know the same as what they know on the inside, as the shareholders have been bloodied enough from past management misgivings.
