just how many shares will they dump on that PR?

History has shown, WEHI uses fluffy PR's to help them unload billions and billions of dilutive shares. Look at WEHI's past performance, even warning that in an SEC filing that regulators and shareholders could take action against them for some of their Pr's/projections.
