I applaud IHUB for the understanding and respect they have shown you for the hard work that you are doing. From what I have seen you have added a touch of Class to the many boards you are Mod on. IR or not your providing a service to those of us that are in envy of the work you have shared on the IBOXES and Moderation on the boards. I have only visited a few but the ones I have I admire them. FYI, I to am called a Basher by many, however I only post what I feel and know as the truth or my feelings and opinions.
