Everything has changed, there is a bottomless pit of money going into AMD indirectly now, the foundry will eat wafer costs to fill out its fabs whilst ensuring AMD remains profitable. If that means $20 Denebs then so be it, any losses the foundry makes will be drowned out by further investment capital which will dilute out AMD's exposure to the losses and so on.
